This Northern Beaches girl is an ambassador for health & wellbeing and has a strong desire to inspire everyone to live to their optimal best. When not in the studio, you'll find Melissa sweating it out at yoga, in the ocean or carving up the snow. She has backpacked through more than 20 countries and is now right at home with Mix 106.5!
