"Gone are the days of the bland oat based muesli bars, this is definitely a muesli bar with flavour and substance. The pleasant taste of fruit and cereal mixed with a little fruit juice mixed in has created a light flavoursome snack suitable for any time of the day when you need that quick sweet fix. Definitely an easy and healthy snack for both adult and children’s lunchbox which will provide an extra energy boost when needed. As for recommending the nut free muesli bars I took a couple to work......they now have been tried and tested at my office and feedback was great, everyone was able to have a piece as they are gluten, wheat and nut free which pretty much catered to the dietary needs of every keen tester that lined up. "Thanks for letting my family try these Nut Free Muesli Bars from Freedom Foods. My daughter has just started school and it is a Nut Free zone. I have not had this experience before and I had to change what I buy for school lunches. It is hard to find healthy snack foods that she likes that do not contain any nuts. That’s why this bar is such a breakthrough for me – she loves them. They are chewy and taste kind of nutty with dried fruit pieces but contain no nuts. Until now I did not realise that the whole Freedom Foods range are also nut, gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast and egg free.
