What is Streaming?

Streaming media is multimedia (video or audio) that is continuously delivered to the user allowing the material to be watched or heard as it is downloaded. The name refers to the delivery method of the medium rather than to the medium itself.

This means - that you don't have to wait for large files to be copied to your computer before listening them. You can hear what's on the radio at the same time as it is broadcast (..well nearly).

I still can't hear anything!

Double check that you have Windows Media Player installed.
If you are seeing the buttons but not hearing anything, check that your speakers are turned on, the volume on your speakers and your PC is turned up and that you don't have any headphones plugged in.

You will also need to ensure Active x controls are turned on. You should see a yellow bar at the top of the page. Simply click on that to activate. We are still endeavouring to iron out any problems. We should have a new version active soon. If you still can't here anything... DON'T CHANGE STATIONS!!! Just let us know by email here and we promise to get back to you.
